  • Plaza de Armas

    This was a meeting point where the troops gathered in the independence time. Now is a tourist spot where you can walk, enjoy some cultural events and find some famous restaurants.

  • Jardín Guerrero

    In 1923 became a garden and is famous by the fountain placed there. The Guerrero Garden is mainly a meeting place for artists from Querétaro.

  • Jardín Zenea

    The most representative square in the historic city center. The main highlight is a kiosk and a beautiful iron fountain dedicated to the Greek goddess Hebe, dated since 1660.In this plaza you can find some souvenirs.

  • Templo Santa Rosa de Viterbo

    This temple is the maximum baroque expression of the 18th century and has an amazing art collection. 

  • Templo Santo Domingo

    Built in the late 17th century, as a small hospital for the missionary friars. The church facade is neoclassical and founded approximately in 1693.

  • Templo San Francisco de Asís

    Old conventual church that for a long time was the city cathedral, the construction was completed in 1640 by the Franciscans.

  • Templo de San Agustín

    Built by the Augustinian Order between 1731 and 1745 and has an exceptional baroque style. You cannot miss the ex-convent that nowadays is the city Art Museum (the entrance is next to the temple)

  • Acueducto

    It is a monumental aqueduct made up of 74 arches, it reaches an average height of 28.5 mt, and a length of 1,280 mt. This aqueduct is a city symbol and one of the largest in Mexico. There is a viewpoint where you can take amazing photos. 

  • Peña de Bernal

    It is the third largest monolith in the world and can be climbed. This rock  was formed from a volcano that exhausted its activity, and is located in Bernal, a town considered one of the most beautiful Magical Towns in México.
